Standing tall for over a century as a prominent building in the University of Hawaii at Manoa Quad, the structural damage at Gartley Hall had caused the building to be shut down.  Using original drawings as the source for inspiration allowed for a 21st century building with a turn-of-the-century feel. The project was LEED Gold certified.
