RENOVATION OF

THE TOKUMI RESIDENCE

HONOLULU

While maintaining the 1940s typical Manoa style residence for the front façade, the designer in cohort with the owners was able to rehabilitate the ohana unit, removing vinyl siding. The choices of the materials and finishes were appropriate to the historical time period.
