RENOVATION OF THE

KLIPPER COTTAGES AT KANEOHE BAY

Setting its goal to become the prototype for future recreational cottages at the Marine Corps Base Hawaii, the once dilapidated multi-family housing was revitalized with a touch of the “Sense of Hawaii”; and this theme was applied throughout the project from exterior design and interior layout to material selections.
